We all go through ups and downs but why is it that some people decide to take the ‘downs’ as an opportunity to grow and develop? No one wants to feel unhappy so I’m on a mission to help others improve their well-being through personal development and internal growth. When we are calm on the inside, it reflects on the outside!
In the graphic below, I outline 6 key areas that have helped me improve my well-being. I’ve gone from someone who was incredibly unhappy and unhealthy, to thriving and making the most out of life. But this didn’t happen over night. It’s taken 5 years of small changes to these areas and it’s still ongoing.

In this blog category, I go more into depth about the strategies I do to keep on top of my mental health and wellness.
I use a coordinated approach that involves living a ‘clean’ lifestyle that is simple yet fun. I’m always on the go but I understand now that being healthy and happy takes balancing life rather than pushing the boundaries too far in one direction. This was something I would on a regular basis until I became very ill.
Now I understand that I need to look after my body to really enjoy life. Don’t get wrong, I still have lots of fun, but I look after myself first so I can do all the things I want without feeling like poo.
I am highly conscious about what goes into my body and lead a toxin free lifestyle as much as I possibly can. I’ve recently even stopped drinking alcohol as it no longer resonates with me and I feel a lot better without it.
